Another Nepali one-horned rhino rescued

Another endangered one-horned rhino which was swept across the Nepalese border into India by flooding has been rescued and brought home.
It was arrived at 1:30 am at the eastern sector of Sauraha in CNP. The mature female rhino was rescued from Balmiki town of India. The rhino was swept away by the flood 42 kilometre south at the Nepal-India border.
The rhino was darted and transported on a truck from India. This is the second one-horned rhino to be swept away to India and rescued. One rhino was rescued from Bagaha area in Bihar of India on August 18.
