Ambassador of the UAE to Nepal, H.E. Abdulla Al Shamsi, visited Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli in Baluwatar, Kathmandu, and delivered an invitation from UAE's Vice President and Prime Minister, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, for PM Oli to attend the World Governments Summit in Dubai in February 2025. The meeting also discussed enhancing Nepal-UAE relations, particularly in trade, investment, agriculture, hydropower, and tourism, with a focus on implementing existing bilateral agreements and strengthening cooperation.
